As the first conkers come down, Pallu says to Meet and Deep, life can sometimes be like a conker...a bit tough and prickly on the outside, but smooth and beautiful underneath...so if things are going difficult in your life, never give up, because underneath the hard times will come beautiful times again

If you live in the Hampton Road / Twickenham Green area... worth knowing the nearest Defibrillator is at Holy Trinity Church Twickenham.

Someone is 5 times more likely to survive a cardiac arrest when a Defibrillator is used ❤️

To access the Defibrillator call 999 and the person on the phone will give you the code to access it and talk you through how to use it.
