Come and hear the fabulous story behind the Rathfinny Estate, started in 2010 by the Driver family with the simple intention of making some of the best English sparkling wines available. Their low-intervention, Traditional Method, Vintage Sussex Sparkling wines are a true expression of their terroir. Produced from hand-harvested grapes that are whole-bunch pressed and patiently matured, on lees and in bottle to develop rich, autolytic notes, with a low dosage that emphasises the purity of our fruit. and we will get the chance to taste - how fabulous!

The sun is shining and definitely a day to enjoy a glass of some of the finest English fizz.

On pour includes the fabulous Classic Cuvée. With 7.5 years lees aging it has a core of fine fruit, rich toast and an elegant mousse. A real find!

The sparkling rosé, a beautiful dry, harmonious fizz with cranberry and cherry touches.

The exquisite and very local
Blanc de Noirs, offering elegance and finesse, quality and expression. Light citrus and autolytic notes engage deftly.

We've been getting some lovely reviews from our customers at Corkk Tunbridge Wells. If you haven't visited us yet, we would love to see you!

Both a bar and shop, we specialise in delicious local wines. Wines are available by the glass or via our brilliant wine tasting machines where you can sample 16 International and English wines (3 different sizes including a 25ml so you can compare your favourite tipples at a fraction of the cost!). Plus, if you are feeling peckish, you can enjoy a local platter or two.

Come and enjoy a glass of a magnum this weekend. Not only do magnums look spectacular but sparkling wine ages gracefully in this format and these beauties are from 2016! Already rich and ripe, the time in bottle has dialled up the fruit and brioche flavours resulting in a rare opportunity to taste magnum aged .

Many thanks to Andrew for being our model! (He is also halfway through his WSET Diploma so if you need any advice he is here all day today).

Guess what's back in stock!!

Having flown off the shelves and enjoyed by the glass, we sold out of the sumptuous last weekend. Taittinger's English Sparkling Wine has definitely proven a hit with our customers.

History in the making and a landmark as the first bottles are released from in Chilham, Kent. This has already met with great acclaim in the press.

The sublime Sparkling Brut 2014, a rich ripe, full and generous Cuvée with a staggering 87 months on the lees.

The award winning sparkling rosé, bursting with vibrant notes of strawberries and cherries.

Gorgeous fizz for the sunshine!

The Classic Cuvée. A delightful sparkling from 2017 with a long lasting subtle and delicate taste and character from this boutique vineyard.

The Canterbury Rose sparkling rosé, a raspberry scented beguiling wine.

The Curators Cuvée, a lovely nose of toasty apple crumble and a wonderful leesy character.

The ever popular Cuvée Brut, a finely drawn foaming beauty offering elegance and finesse with autolytic notes.

Our tastings are always a fun evening hosted by one of our wine educators. Anna will guide you through a selection of 6 wines. Events start at 7pm on Thursday evenings and last approximately 2 hours. Nibble included.
