You will see Ted most days sat outside the shop, with his full entourage.

He sits intently watching what everyone is eating and loves his treat at the till.

If you didn’t have any plans this weekend, you do now!

There is a treasure hunt around the Wadsley community, kindly put together by a local quizmaster and all money raised will go to the S6 Foodbank.

Grab a team and head to starting point, be sure to register asap so that the organisers know you’re coming.

It sounds like it will be a great day, for all the family.

Rumour has it you with visit some of the best public houses around to solve some of the clues, so thats an added bonus for the grown ups too.

Gather your friends, family or neighbours and join us for an afternoon of fun, clues and community spirit!

📅 Saturday 1st August

📍 Start at Wadsley House Social Club

🕐 Start anytime between 1:00pm and 4:00pm

👥 Everyone is welcome

💷 £5 per team

Follow the clues, explore Wadsley and put your detective skills to the test, all while supporting a fantastic local cause.

🥫 All money raised will go to the S6 Foodbank Charity, helping local families in need.

📋 Pre-registration is essential

To ensure enough maps and clue sheets are prepared for everyone, all teams must register in advance. This will help the Treasure Hunt organisers plan the event and ensure nobody is disappointed on the day.

Leonard (Lennie) or Leany Pants to his friends.

Can often be seen in the shop leaning on one of us to make sure he gets enough attention.

There isn’t quite enough space to turnaround for Lennie by the till though, so we often have to move some of the wines when he visits us.

Our stalls are all set up, please come down and support these young makers for their camp international trips.

They are here 10-12.

The camp international team do great work volunteering in community and environmental projects, so it really is a great cause.

Don’t forget we’ve got our young makers at the shop tomorrow 10-12, showcasing all of their lovely homemade items. They are all raising money for their upcoming camp international trip.
