The tiniest things that excite us. Collecting bottles from our local supplier to take back and fill with our delicious gin.

Here’s a mockup too of roughly how that bottle will look.

Won’t be too long before you’ll be able to pre-order.

This is the lovely Portuguese Alembic 150 litre Still that we’ve inherited.

She’s named Maud and provides approx 100 litres of finished gin after about 6 hours.

So you’re probably wondering what’s been happening with Scout and Sage Gin.

As you know Holly has been busy with her wonderful cafe in Larkhall and not been able to give the distillery the attention it needed.

Pleased to say we’ve bought all the equipment, the recipes and taken on the lease in the same place.

Maud the lovely Portuguese still is producing again and we couldn’t be more delighted.

We’ll tell you more about us and our plans over the coming days, how you can order, when you can order and the range.

Holly’s fantastic core recipes for London Dry and Raspberry and Hibiscus will remain exactly as they were, just under our own branding.

Holly herself will send us a message to post as soon as she comes up for air 😉
