This mental health awareness week, we’ve been thinking about small ways to try and boost low mood or help reduce anxious thoughts. Here's some of our favourites:
- Try to get out of the house and go for a long walk (thankfully we are blessed in Moray with beautiful quiet beaches and woodland walks)
- Listening to a relaxing or upbeat music playlist
- Bake something tasty to look forward to eating 🍞
These might seem like small things, but even a small boost in mood can make the difference that day.
