Meet Horne Lane Special — a very special brew in our Taproom Series, inspired by John, who has been part of Bedford’s brewing story across three generations of our brewing home.
John worked at both Horne Lane Brewery and the Eagle Brewery, and now, with Brewpoint, he’s seen all three of Bedford’s Charles Wells breweries.
When John asked our brewing team to recreate one of his all-time favourites, we knew this was more than just another brew day. It was a chance to honour the people, the places and the history that have shaped brewing in our town.
From Horne Lane to the Eagle Brewery on Havelock Street, and now to Brewpoint, the buildings may change, but the passion for great b**r lives on.
So, this one’s for John, for everyone who’s been part of our brewing journey, and for the generations of Bedford b**r drinkers who have shared it with us.
