First post of 2026!

Strange industry at the moment across the board due to ever increasing costs of running a business. Fingers crossed with some continued hard work and a bit of luck we can maintain this momentum throughout 2026 and onward!

We haven't paused since the beginning of the year, and it seems this momentum will carry on into this month and the next.

Our workshop is busy with a range of joinery items, from custom counters to class B treated paneling products.

Over the next month we have over 200 sheets of 36mm veneered MDF to process and edge, 200+ sheets of FR mdf to process and CNC, and 1000s of metres of product to spray and that’s all before it goes through to the assembly benches…..busy times!

We are proving that our continued investment and vision is opening up our capacity for greater volume while maintaining the high standards we set ourselves.

We're dedicated to meeting everyone's lead times, and as a team, we're ready to tackle the workload challenges head on!

The past few months have been quite hectic, with numerous projects completing and creating some room for us to start anew!

We have a diverse range of items in production, and the investments we've made are yielding results by boosting our capacity while upholding quality control. This also allows us to provide flexibility for our clients, ensuring their projects proceed seamlessly.

A heartfelt thank you to the team; we truly couldn't achieve this without you.

This week has been quite hectic!

A significant amount of custom joinery has been palletized and wrapped, ready for collection.

In total, 16 counters have recently completed production, with additional ones to come once I finalise the cut lists!

It is encouraging to observe the shop floor bustling with activity; however, we are continually on the lookout for future projects and orders - that pressure will always remain as will our desire to maintain this momentum!

It has been some time since our last post.... Where have we been?

The past few months have been quite busy as we have continued to invest in the shop floor by expanding the sprayshop with an additional 75sqm+ of workspace. This two-week project, which took place at the end of July, resulted in minimal disruption while we maintained our active production schedule.

We have welcomed new members to our team - we will endeavor to post an updated team photo here soon, and we are truly appreciative of the excellent team we have now. They have been diligently working to meet all of our clients' deadlines while adhering to the high standards we set for ourselves.

Our Homag saw starting a 250no sheet cutlist Friday afternoon. Running at full panel capacity 5no 15mm’s per load. We still get amazed at just how fast this machine can divide panels up to precision accuracy.
