The Under 13 Girls WJPL team started the season, with a home fixture at Hartpury Sports Academy 3G, playing local rivals Lads Club, in the Cup/Trophy group phase.

A very good physical battle from both teams saw Lads Club benefit from an uncleared corner and reacting quicker to a second ball.
Disappointing to start with a loss but the opportunity to work on bringing the girls back to the levels they are capable of playing is how we take this forward.
