Costcutter Omagh requires a mature member of staff to work 2/3 Days per week 12 - 5:30 however hours may differ depending.
Costcutter Store Duties
• Restocking shelves and refrigerated displays
(You will be required to pack away orders on Tuesday delivery)
• Rotating stock and checking expiration dates
• Pricing and labeling products
• Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages.
• Greeting customers and answering questions
• Assisting customers in finding grocery items.
• Handling complaints or special requests professionally.
• Cash Handling & Checkout
• Operating POS system
• Processing cash & card payments.
Store Maintenance
• Sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning
• Keeping displays attractive and organized
• Taking out rubbish and recycling
• Reporting damaged equipment or safety hazards
• This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, and are eager to contribute positively to the customer experience.
Arno’s Preparation & Service
• Serving the Arno’s Menu to a high standard.
• Preparing items according to recipes
• Portion control and presentation of our food.
• Packaging takeaway and delivery orders
Food Safety & Hygiene
• Maintaining cleanliness of counters, equipment.
• Following food hygiene and sanitation regulations
• Proper storage of frozen, chilled, and dry goods • Wearing appropriate protective clothing/gloves where required
