Last Minute Easter Wines🍷

A classic lamb pairing is Pinot Noir.
The bright fruit notes, acidity, and silky tannins in Pinot Noir compliment the earthy richness and gamey flavours of lamb, as well as other game meats such as rabbit and duck.

Our pick: .winery Pinot noir 2019 light bodied, with low silky tannins, and some added complexity with bottle ageing make this a great choice.

Meanwhile, for something a little different, why not discover a rare grape in the UK!

Rară Neagră a uniquely Moldovan grape, similiar in style to a Pinot Noir with a Moldovan twist. Expect lots of red fruits, low body and tannins with a touch of spice.

Sampling Aurelius 100% Muscat sparkling wine 8% vol.

Today, we are tasting a new wine made in the charmat method (Prosecco style)

Made from 100% muscat, this wine is very aromatic, a key feature of this grape variety.
Flavours of yellow melon, peach, nectarines, and honey 🍯. It's sweet and an easy drinking sparkler.
