We have decided that during winter months we will open the Post Office 9am - 2pm and revert back to 9am - 4pm during the summer months. We apologise for any inconvenience caused but still finding our feet a x what is working for us as a team.

Due to a hospital appointment I am unable to cancel, the post office will shut at 1.30pm Monday 30th December but I will reopen as soon as I am back approx 3.30pm, sorry for the inconvenience 😞

Well what a year we have had, the same old owners (now both 60) and Daddio doing his thing, the same wonderful staff who have worked so hard again this year, the lovely loyal customers and now a brand new post office, we are getting to grips with it all and you have been so patient with us, fingers crossed by next year this will be a distant memory and we will wonder what it was like before it came.
( oh and one very treasured trophy given to us by the Horning community) So thank you one and all for your custom and support it means such a lot to us.

HORNING VILLAGE YOU ARE AMAZING - we were awarded the National Lottery Local Retail Champions of East Anglia and it was all down to you, our customers. We won an amazing £5k and we have decided to put it towards the Post Office.
We felt very honoured yesterday receiving the award and will show it off in the shop. We had a great evening celebrating the win at the NYE Lottery Big Bash🎉🍾🥂

We can’t begin to tell you how humbled we feel knowing we have helped the village and that has been reciprocated.

I’m just so sorry that the gremlins in the Horizon system continue to evade us, fingers crossed it’s up and running today 🫰
