But also because they are thoughtful. They make different choices each - organic, sustainable, biodynamic, natural, or not - but they all think deeply about the choices they make, and keep questioning. They want their landscape to thrive for centuries to come. They would like their grandchildren to be able to live from winemaking, should they wish to. They want their wines to create memorable moments for people around the world. I want them to keep making fantastic wines in beautiful places for us and our children after us to keep enjoying. And once you've tasted those wines, so will you.

Where are we? Tue 29th August.
Good morning from this gorgeous mountainside in the Alps. But which one? Answer at the end.

Been here last in winter and now in summer it's just as gorgeous.
There is wine around every corner, a major river down in the valley, but our eyes just go up. PS: there's cheese from on the other side I buy regularly from Kase Swiss.

A few left in the last batch of fondue of the season - after that one you'll have to get your fondue direct from Kase Swiss or your cheesemonger again, it'll be too warm for us to ship cheese.

This was made for Valentine's so it is now bolder. Will keep fine till Easter - or longer if you freeze it. Link in first comment

Ours are truly a class apart, easy drinking but not simple, enjoyed up and down the country from fun loving bars to Michelin Star tables!

Delicious all year (you will not find something better for barbecues!) so stock up - Not cheap, the best never is, but great value for what's in the bottle.
