As I informed everyone that I’m retraining, I’m thrilled to share that I’m now accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
My career has taken me through fashion, wine, corporate life and entrepreneurship — I have loved and/or learnt from every aspect or my work life , my significant volunteer roles and personal joys and challenges.
I have been driven to utilise my 25+ years of leadership, management and experience, to help others work and live better, to show up better for themselves, personally and professionally.
Your presence, how you lead, manage a team, or walk through your own front door has a ripple effect that can inspire and energise or s***f out potential greatness.

Retraining and completing my MSc in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology fuelled my core. Every day was an adrenaline rush of knowledge and purpose, applying the science to drive performance & growth in my specialist areas of;
Leadership,
Management,
Team development
Midlife challenges / opportunities,
The immense value of the 50+ age group and successful ageing - which is critically relevant to our globally ageing society’s increased longevity, and urgent economic and social needs.
This rigorous process led to my EMCC accreditation, a mark of quality, ethics and evidence-based practice. I’m proud to align with their values of a pioneering spirit for growth, excellence, inclusivity, research, diversity, connection and social responsibility.
