Limited Edition Small Batch releases of Scotch Whisky, inspired by the Angels' share, the traditional name given to the whisky lost to evaporation during maturation. Current release include:

Angels' Nectar Blended Malt Scotch Whisky - Original 40%, created from Speyside and Highland malt whiskies

, and bottled at natural colour. The Original has an inviting sweet nose of apple pie with no smoke, and a hint of heather honey and lemon on the taste. Angels' Nectar Single Malt Scotch Whisky - Islay Rioja Cask Edition 46%, peated Islay single malt matured for seven years in former red wine casks, which have softened the peat to deliver a beautifully balanced dram of sweet fruit and smoke. With the wildfires in Glenmore and Abernethy it has been a tense few weeks at Angels HQ.

Thankfully, after immense effort by the emergency services and volunteers, progress is being made. But there is still work to do and it remains a dynamic situation. For the latest info on road and path closures, and suggested alternative itineraries, check out this new interactive map from the Cairngorms National Park; https://cairngorms.co.uk/news/visitor-information-the-wildfire-and-public-access

There is plenty to explore and do in the Cairngorms. Our friends at Rothiemurchus Farm Shop, despite being on the ski road, are out with the closed area, and remain open.
