We have some exciting news …..
We will be closed at 5pm Tuesday the 27th of September and open again 7th of October at 7am as at long last MORRISON DAILY .

Any parcels not collected by 4pm the 27th of September will not be available until we are open again on the 7th of October.

Lots of exciting changes coming with full Morrison range we will also have lots of new products, and finally a in store bakery 🥯 hot food stand 🥧as well as a coffee machine ☕️🎉🎉

As a mark of respect for Her Majesty The Queen, our store will be open on Monday the 19th of September 7am until 10am then back open at 5pm -10pm to allow our customers and colleagues to recognise the passing of our late Monarch and commemorate her steadfast service to our nation. 👑❤️

**SCRATCHCARD UPDATE**

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

As you may have noticed while in our store scratchcards are back on sale however in line with information from Camelot and government guidelines the following restrictions apply and will be enforced by our staff.

Scratchcards may only be purchased as part of an essential shop and not on their own

Any payouts or wins will not be paid out same day as no one should be making multiple visits to the store as this is putting yourself and staff at risk and these must also only be done as part of an essential shop.

If you attempt to purchase scratchcards ONLY or attempt to claim winnings ONLY you will be refused and reminded of the above rules.

**COVID-19 UPDATE**

SCRATCH CARDS

As of Sunday 28th March and until further notice Mccolls stores will not be selling or paying out on scratch cards, this is to allow staff and public to maintain the social distancing policies which have been put in place.

While this happens the lottery will still continue as normal at present, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

**UPDATE ABOUT STORE CLOSURES**

As some of you may have noticed we had to shut the shop for an hour or so on Wednesday. There was a very good reason for this.

When our deliveries arrive in store we will make every opportunity to restock the shelves as normal but there is the odd occasion(like Wednesday) where we had to make the decision to shut the doors to allow us to safely restock the shelves and also give the shop an extra clean down just to make sure we are doing everything we can to keep staff and our customers safe.

If you happen to notice that the door is locked (we will try and put a sign on the door) please don't panic we will be open again about an hour or so later but will endeavour to sign post this on our door where we can.

Once again we would like to thank all our customers for their exemplary behaviour and handling of themselves in our store during this difficult time and as always, take care and stay safe!

**PLEASE READ**

In light of the COVID-19 events which are developing across the nation we have again increased our measures to protect staff and the public.

We would encourage as much as possible all customers to use contact less or chip and pin for payments where possible, we will still accept cash at present but highly encourage the above for health and hygiene reasons.

You will notice from now on that there is a cordun at the kiosk and we would ask all customers to remain behind this.

We have also added markings in the second aisle where customers should queue and wait to be asked forward by the checkout operator as well as markings to comply with the 2 metre social distancing which we would ask all customers to adhere to while queueing.
