Looking for wholesome, organic staples? New in are rye sourdough breads and crisp Dr. Karg's Emmental cheese and pumpkin seed crackers. Perfect for quick lunches, snacking, to go with your favourite toppings.
Dense, traditional whole-grain breads behave quite differently in the body compared to standard wheat loaves:
• Sustained Energy: Rye flour contains high levels of soluble fibre, which slows digestion and helps prevent rapid blood sugar spikes.
• Sourdough Fermentation: The slow fermentation process partially breaks down gluten proteins and phytic acid, making essential minerals easier for the gut to absorb.

New arrivals have landed in the shop, featuring some fine independent single cask bottlings ready for your whisky cabinet.

✅Clynelish 10 Year Old (Cask Masters): Matured in an American bourbon butt. Expect rich caramel and vanilla bean on the nose, leading into a palate of zesty pepperiness and Clynelish's signature coastal saltiness.

✅Blair Athol 11 Year Old (Whisky Voodoo): Finished across first-fill rum and second-fill Islay casks. Delivers a vibrant mix of red apples and boiled sweets, balanced by herbaceous notes, minerality, and gentle peat embers.

✅Glen Elgin (Call of Crows): Finished in ruby and tawny port casks, offering deep layers of pitted prunes, blackcurrant jam, and warming spice.
