Last on our line up we have a wee cask strength number from Elixir Distillers who's story starts with an award winning off-licence in North West London in 1971 🥃 since then, they have founded The Whisky Exchange, many other brands AND have taken over Tormore distillery 😍
Port Askaig is one of their ranges Jen has a fondness for - featuring mystery Islay single malts 💨 expect espresso☕ dark chocolate🍫lemon🍋 and cherry🍒

Next up we've got Signatory - a well respected indy bottler, established in 1988 and acquiring one of our favourite wee distilleries, Edradour, in 2002 🥃
This is another mystery Speyside but with a clue as to which it could be. . . note the 'M'. . . .do you know which it is🤔? Matured in Oloroso sherry casks and sure to be another delicious addition to the line up 😍

This is a mysterious and mellow, sherry finished Speyside 😋 expect lots of fruit in this dram 🍊 cherry plum 🌸and honey 🍯

Another dram we'll be trying (which we're particularly excited about😋) is from the Infrequent Flyer range by Alistair Walker. The range is all single cask, un-chillfiltered and generally cask strength 👌
This is a 16 year old Glenlossie, most definitely in the sherry-bomb category with a hefty finish in PX casks (no prizes for who picked this dram🤣)

We thought it was only right to feature one of Scotland's oldest indy brands - Gordon and Macphail 🥃 who were founded in 1895 😮
We've got this gentle but delicious Auchroisk matured for 10 years in ex-bourbon casks 😋 Expect notes of white pepper, chocolate drizzled-hazelnuts 🍫 and stewed fruits 🍑🍎🍐

What do you do if you have an passion for single malt whisky, a love for all things Scottish and a partnership of opposing tastes? You start a whisky shop….duh!

The Grail was founded by two chums working in the industry for a number years who decided to go it alone, we specialise in knowledge and expertise surrounding Scotland’s national drink as well expertise in the growing plethora of craft alcohols Scotland is now producing including Rum, Vodka, Gin, Beer and Wine.

Pop in for a tasting, let us help you find a bottle you’ve been struggling to place or just swing by to say hey!
