OLD PHOTOS OFF BALMACARA

Does anyone have old photos of the square and surrounding area of balmacara they would like to share

Would be nice to see what place looked like

If yous could message them to the group I can share onto page or even any old stories you might think off

I had a lad Jamie ask about a story he heard of a lifting stone in Balmacara
Does anyone know anything of that story or where stone might be

Caroline Macleod

Passed peacefully in her sleep on 17th June 2026, surrounded by her loving family, after a brave battle with cancer.*

We pray that she is now at rest, free from pain, and held in God's everlasting arms. Your prayers for Caroline and for comfort for her family would be deeply appreciated.

Funeral service: Wednesday 24th June 2026 at 2pm, Kyle Free Church, followed by soup and sandwiches at the Lighthouse Café, Kyle.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Macmillan Cancer Support would be gratefully received, in honour of the care and compassion shown to Caroline.
