Honorés d’avoir été choisis par l’EM Lyon pour mettre le vin en lumière lors la réception du MERIT Summit.
L’intention : proposer aux participants un moment de partage mettant en valeur le patrimoine qui entoure l’institution lyonnaise.
Notre réponse : un événement de clôture en 2 temps autour du thème “Lyon, carrefour de grands terroirs” :
- Courte introduction à la valeur du vin et son incarnation dans les 2 grands vignobles aux portes de Lyon : le Beaujolais-Mâconnais et la Vallée du Rhône
- Promenade et dégustation : d’une région à l’autre grâce à 2 buffets de vins animés par les ambassadeurs Vindême
Un moment simple, enraciné dans la région, qui a permis aux participants de se tourner les uns vers les autres et de s’émerveiller de la beauté du vin, mais pas que !

Honoured to have been chosen by EM Lyon to highlight wine during the MERIT Summit reception.
The intention: to offer participants a moment of sharing that showcases the rich heritage surrounding the Lyon-based institution.
Our response: a two-part closing event built around the theme "Lyon, a confluence of exceptional terroirs":
- Brief introduction to the cultural and symbolic value of wine, embodied by the two major wine regions at Lyon’s doorstep: Beaujolais-Mâconnais and the Rhône Valley
- Tasting journey from one region to the other, through two wine buffets animated by VindĂŞme ambassadors
A simple, grounded moment that allowed participants to connect with one another and marvel at the beauty of wine – and much more!

Une immersion dans le vignoble à moins d’une heure de Paris, voilà qui peu sembler impossible !
Et pourtant c’est bien le défi que nous avons relevé pour HEC ExEd en nous associant au Domaine de La Bouche du Roi. Une opportunité unique pour un public chinois de découvrir un angle méconnu de la culture viticole française, une spécialité Vindêmienne !
Ensemble nous avons plongé dans l’héritage oublié des vignobles d’Île-de-France. Couverte de vignes jusqu’au XVIIIe siècle (comme beaucoup d’autres du nord de la France), la région connaît une renaissance viticole due au changement climatique dont le Domaine de La Bouche du Roi est une figure de proue.

A unique opportunity for a Chinese audience to explore an overlooked facet of French wine culture, a true VindĂŞme specialty!
Together, we delved into the forgotten legacy of the ĂŽle-de-France vineyards. Once covered in vines up until the 18th century (like many regions in northern France), the area is now experiencing a winemaking revival, driven by climate change, and Domaine de La Bouche du Roi stands at the forefront of this renaissance.

Boris Champy, vigneron engagé pour l’avenir des Hautes-Côtes (avec maintenant 2 nouvelles ambassadrices au Pérou).
A peine arrivées, il emmène nos clientes dans ses meilleures parcelles avec une décontraction qui n’empêche pas l’ambition. Car Boris Champy est ambitieux pour ses vignes et pour son appellation, les Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. En s’installant à Nantoux, il n’a pas fait qu’un choix de carrière, il a fait un choix de vie !
Les nuances d’altitude des vignes font la différence dans les bouteilles. Clou 377, Montagne 382 ... Les chiffres font référence aux altitudes des micro-climats. Boris Champy cultive la diversité ampélographique en proposant un aligoté doré et un gamay, en plus de délicieux chardonnays et pinots noirs.

Situé à Vosne-Romanée, mais peu sur les radars médiatiques (et tant mieux!), le Domaine d’Eugénie décline avec une abondance de finesse la gamme des vins nuitons, complétée récemment par des climats de côte de Beaune.

Merci encore à Florence & Daniel Cathiard, propriétaires du Château Smith Haut-Lafitte, d’avoir contribué à l’incarnation de la performance lors de la soirée d’ouverture des Sommets à Méribel. Grande première de l’intégration du vin et de la vigne dans cette semaine de conférences, cette soirée est un bel exemple de la manière dont le vin peut se faire le messager d’un thème qui le dépasse !

Moment privilégié aux côtés de nos partenaires, la semaine des Primeurs lève le voile sur un millésime 2024 qui révèle une diversité incroyable.
Vu de loin, il pouvait paraître inquiétant. Il est vrai que ce millésime océanique par excellence a mis à rude épreuve les styles et les moyens techniques des propriétés bordelaises. Une attention exceptionnelle à la vigne et en cave a cependant permis d’en faire ressortir une riche palette d’exécution exacerbant le caractère et la signature propre à chaque Château.
Un millésime que l’on a hâte de voir s’épanouir !
