Many people asking about our opening hours over the Easter 🐰weekend and what days we are closed 😁.

Well, the shop is open exactly the same as every other weekend of the summer, and of course, we are providing the usual daily delivery service to our bar and restaurant customers.

We had a nice couple in the shop yesterday and the young lady told me her Dad had told her to come in and say Hello, and that I'd remember him from the time he came in a couple of years ago, bought Buckfast and drunk the whole bottle before leaving the shop.

Unfortunately the description wasn't specific enough to narrow it down 🤣🤣🤣.

Anyway, Buckfast same price for yet another year - half bottles same too at €5.50 - cold available same price, of course.

I think that by now everyone knows we are the place for the best deals in alcohol here.

However, what many don't know is that we also stock a range of frozen goods ideal for residents and holidaymakers alike.

The pictures show just a small example of what we have, including bacon, sausage, hash browns, black pudding, burgers, bread, pies, pasties and sausage rolls.

We have large packs if you're having a party or barbecue, and smaller packs if you're self-catering, so no need to bring it with you.

These are not new to us, we've always had them but over the past couple of years the sales have grown - mainly due to recommendations of people who have bought items.

Thank you to everyone passing information to their friends.

The last couple of years have seen a few complications with the supply of Stella Artois here in Mallorca, but good news, we have it in bottles again.

It´s the "proper" Stella imported from Belgium at 5% ABV not the 4.6% brewed in the UK.

Should please a few people who regularly ask for it 😁

Everything building nicely for the St Patricks Day event here tomorrow.

Today we had our busiest ever March day with a combination of new arrivals in the shop here for the weekend, and many bars and restaurants around the stage area giving us their opening orders.

Remember if you are here for the festival, we are 1 minute walk from the main stage if you fancy a beer ( or two) to walk around.

We are by far, the longest established drink shop here and by far the cheapest, there are a couple even closer to the stage than us but - beware of expensive imitations 😁.

One of the most asked for drinks - not available in Mallorca until this week, after many requests to Koppaberg 😁

As always we like to be the first with new products here and hopefully this will please a lot of the people asking.

Only 1 flavour for now but if it proves popular I'm sure more will follow.

Today we begin our 23rd summer season here by opening later and every day too.

For March we will open 10:00 until 18:00h.

Remember we have a bigger and better selection of drink than any other shop or supermarket here, and as always, cheaper than anywhere else.

From what we have seen so far of the shops and new supermarkets this year, the price difference is even greater, meaning more savings for you.

Do yourself a favour and compare our prices before buying elsewhere.

We have listened to our customers and this year we found some room to stock some of the cocktail mixes in cans.

We will have the usual Koppaberg and AU Vodka cans again this year but not here yet.

All ice-cold from the fridge, ideal for the beach just a couple of minutes walk away 🏖.

Keep watching as we are expecting a number of products new to Mallorca during March/April.

Listening to the news this morning regarding the record breaking storm weather in the UK & Ireland.

Most of our summertime customers are from the affected areas and so we hope you all stay safe and listen to the warnings.

I know people like to see photos of Santa Ponsa in winter, so here are some from home, and on the way into work this morning to give you a taste of the weather here.

We had temperatures over 20C yesterday with today looking to be much the same.

Only 5 more weekends off for us before we open 7 days a week and later into the evening - Summer's coming 🌞
