✨️ Seafood Cataplana – a delicate medley of seafood in a spiced tomato sauce, inspired by the classic Portuguese stew;
✨️ Feijoada à Portuguesa – a hearty pork and bean stew, as rich and comforting as a home-cooked meal in a family house on the Algarve coast;
