As we gear up for our 2025 Summer Season, we wanted to give you some updates…We open Friday May 16th We will be open 6 days a week—Mondays and Wednesday to Saturday 9-5, Sundays 10-5—Closed Tuesdays. After much thought and for numerous reasons--
WE WILL NOT BE SELLING ANY GAS. So please keep that in mind and plan accordingly when traveling the Cabot Trail.

At 8:15 am this morning, we had an incident at the store. We thought the noise we heard was our staff doing some work and moving things around. It was not. Someone driving a smaller red pickup truck(seen from window upstairs) kicked in the locked door to the store and stole our cash drawer(it was empty) breaking our computer in the process. Due to ongoing painting in the store our cameras were down.
We are putting this out there as a public safety notice. Lock your doors and be vigilant. Luckily no one was hurt and nothing of consequence was stolen. RCMP have informed us of numerous break-ins within the district the last few months.

Well folks, that's a wrap. We are now closed for the season. Jenn and I would like to thank all of our patrons and supporters who came for a visit this year. We would also like to thank our Manager Megan for powering through this season understaffed and overworked.
