Red Pine Exploration is a Canadian gold and base-metals exploration company headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

The Company’s flagship gold property is the 100% owned Wawa Gold Project in the Michipicoten Greenstone Belt located approximately 2 kilometres southeast of the Municipality of Wawa, in Northern Ontario. The property is over 7,000 hectares in size and is host to numerous historic gold mines with a combined historic production of 120,000 oz gold. The property currently hosts a National Instrument 4

3-101 compliant resource (September 30, 2024) from two mineral deposits, namely the Jubilee Shear and the Minto Mine. The mineral resource includes an Indicated Mineral Resource of 14.7 million (“M”) tonnes grading 1.8 grams per tonne gold (“g/t Au”) containing 842,000 ounces of gold and an Inferred Mineral Resource of 16.2 M tonnes grading 1.6 g/t Au containing 843,000 ounces of gold, inclusive of both open pit and underground. The Company’s strategy is to advance projects to maximize shareholder value through data acquisition, compilation and interpretation. The Company is actively exploring the Wawa Gold Project and plans to continue its drilling to extend the existing resource base at the Jubilee and Minto Mine. The Jubilee deposit is highlighted by continuous gold mineralization starting from surface and extending up to 1,200 metres down dip thus providing optionality for potential future open pit and underground development scenarios:

High-grade mineralization will be the focus of the near-term exploration program, specifically the down dip and down plunge extensions of the Jubilee and Minto deposits as part of an underground mining scenario. The updated mineral resource shows clear potential for expansion of lower grade mineralization located in the hanging wall of the Jubilee Shear and in the northern extension of the Jubilee Shear that would occur within an open pit scenario. The updated MRE comprises a small portion of the Company’s land holdings and there remain numerous historic zones and high priority targets elsewhere on the Wawa Gold Project property.

Near surface drilling completed since May 2025 was conducted as part of the Company’s assessment of the open pit potential. (See PR dated May 8, 2025).

Highlights of the Open-Pit Evaluation Drilling:

• 45.38 grams per tonne (g/t) gold (Au) over 3.13 metres (m) core length, including 141.00 g/t Au over 0.88 m in hole SD-25-559

• Near-surface intersection of 1.86 g/t Au over 19.09 m including 4.28 g/t Au over 4.88 m in hole SD-25-544

Previous intersections from the same area include:

• 14.51 g/t Au over 4.81 m, including 90.40 g/t Au over 0.67 m
• 109.00 g/t gold over 0.86 g/t Au in historical hole U0590L3
• 176.00 g/t Au over 0.78 m in hole SD-16-45

Red Pine is pleased to announce that two drills are now operating at our 100% owned Wawa Gold project to test the deep extension of the Jubilee shear beyond the 2024 MRE with three drill holes now completed and intersected quartz veins with visible gold approximately 170 m and 100 m away from the closest intersections, including in the deepest intersection ever completed in the Jubilee Shear. Initial drilling completed in late 2024 tested the faulted extension of the Jubilee Shear south of the Parkhill Fault 850 m away from the MRE intersected quartz veins containing visible gold and provided visibility on a sizeable gold system in that area.
