It’s Friday and you know what that means!?
It’s “Let Him Cook” the day we feature one of our hardworking and talented young chefs with a special of their own design.
Today’s featured chef is our man Colby. I always say how much growth I see in all our cooks, as I’ve worked with most of them for some time now..
I can’t say it enough for this guy.. 👏 👏 👏
Two years ago he probably wouldn’t have even been open to this kind of attention.. Colby has grown so much in our short time together, from a quiet student searching for some direction, to dishwasher, to a self motivated and hard working cook. Ive had the pleasure of watching Colby begin to bloom into the fine young man he is becoming, and I’m so fn proud of this guy. We love you Colby , thank you!
Colby keeps the energy light and fun here in the kitchen. He always brings a great attitude and is low key one of the funniest guys here. If you’ve ever seen him in the gym you’d know he puts in the work and isn’t afraid to push himself. Seldom a baker here, but well known for the best buns. 😉 He made his own for this feature, the kid went all out.. ladies… how is this man still single!???
Today’s lunch feature is a Chicken Parm Sammy.
Panko breaded chicken cutlets on homemade garlic bread buns, with Vodka Sauce ( Colby’s favourite), mozzarella cheese, and more vodka sauce. Try to catch this one while you can!
