As we head into a busy summer season at the Derwent Hotel & Pizza, we want to share a few important reminders to help make everyone’s experience enjoyable:

☀️ Wait Times & Orders
With increased business, wait times may be longer than usual. You are welcome to request a specific pickup time, but please understand we cannot guarantee it during peak hours.

🍽️ Reservations Take Priority
Reservations are now picking up for the summer and will take priority over other orders. This may result in delays or your order being bumped — we appreciate your patience and understanding.

🚫 Respect & Conduct
We have zero tolerance for abusive language, swearing, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff or other guests. We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Any inappropriate behavior will result in being asked to leave.

Yesterday we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming some truly special guests through our doors. 🙌

On their way to an annual RCMP Regimental Dinner, these gentlemen stopped in for a quick beverage—and what a visit it turned into! The stories shared were unforgettable, full of history, laughter, and pride.

One moment that really stood out was meeting a remarkable men who served as an RCMP officer right here in Derwent back in 1970–1971. What an incredible piece of local history to experience firsthand. ❤️

It’s visits like these that remind us how special our little community truly is. Thank you for stopping in and sharing your stories with us—we won’t forget it!
