It’s been a wild ride Halifax!

After 5 years, almost 40,000 deliveries and countless new friendships, it’s time for us to close this chapter of our lives and shut the doors on RoomServiceHFX.com.

We’ve got a ton of inventory to get rid of before we close our doors for good on August 14th, so we’re having a liquidation sale to clear out as much inventory as possible before then! We’ll be closed for a day or two to figure things out in a bit more detail, but make sure you place your orders now before we sell out of some of our best sellers!

Thank you so much to all of our supporters and customers over the years. We can’t explain the thrill it’s been to have you in our corner as we tried something new in Halifax. We’ve loved every minute of it. ❤️

Members of our Street Team keep our users stoked on Room Service by having an awesome personality, making on-time deliveries, packing orders, keeping the shop clean!

Pay:
- $15/hr plus tips,

What you’ll need:
- Awesome customer service skills,
- A working vehicle,
- Appropriate vehicle insurance,
- Clean driver’s abstract,
- Ability to carry over 70 pounds repeatedly,
- Smartphone with data and GPS enabled, and
- Attention to detail (especially related to our COVID-19 procedures).

The specifics:
- The positions are for 18 - 30 hours per week (with opportunity for more),
- Most shifts will be 6pm-11pm but some may be 4pm-11pm,
- Shifts will be both on weekends and weekdays,
- You’ll need to follow our detailed COVID-19 safety procedures,
- You’ll be making deliveries to homes/apartments in our delivery zone throughout HRM,
- You’ll be packing orders,
- You may have to pick up inventory from time to time,
- You may be shown on our social media from time to time,
- You’ll need to be comfortable driving in some wind/rain/snow (don’t worry, we close when it’s too bad!),
- You’ll need to be comfortable driving in busy traffic,
- You’ll need to be comfortable working alone at times, and
- Everything is done on our phones, so you’ll need to be tech savvy!

You don’t need prior delivery or warehouse experience! We’ll teach you everything you need to know, from our logistics style to our customer service style! We’re looking for someone who can handle pressure, communicate well, make quick decisions and above all else, keep our users SUPER happy!
