Every flavour of gelato is made with 3% homogenized Canadian milk and sweetened with cane sugar, so you can’t possibly feel any guilt, right?! Don’t want the dairy? We also have sorbets that are produced
using water instead of milk! That means it’s Dairy Free, Gluten Free & Vegan! 🍨

All Ontario goodness & ingredients, locally crafted by Coppa.

🌟 HUGE shout-out to Wayne Billings — the incredible owner of Holstein General Store and Spanky's! 🌟

Due to an electrical system update in our building, we’re without power today. But guess what? Wayne and Lori showed up yesterday with a powerful generator so we could keep our fridge and freezer running and our products fresh. 🙌💡

That’s just one of many ways Wayne has supported us since day one. When we opened our store, we had zero retail experience. But Wayne was always there — teaching us, guiding us, introducing us to suppliers, and sharing his wisdom every step of the way.

There are no words to fully express how grateful we are. ❤️

We once saw a post that said “Wayne and Lori are the pillars of our community.” We couldn’t agree more. They’re not just business owners — they’re the heart of Holstein.

Wayne, you’re not only a trusted partner — you’re a wonderful friend with a truly generous spirit. Thank you for everything you’ve done for us and continue to do for so many others.
