Benchmark Wines of Australia at Smith St Bistrot, Melbourne.
An extraordinary afternoon celebrating the wines that have defined – and continue to define – the Australian wine story 🍷
Joined by over 50 guests at the French bistro brilliance of Smith St Bistrot in Collingwood, we explored 13 benchmark wines showcasing Australia’s diversity and distinction. From sparkling icons to regional classics, it was a masterclass in taste, aroma and craftsmanship.
The afternoon also featured an exploration of how glassware shapes flavour, guided by our partner Luigi Bormioli. And to close, a final flourish: a rich pour of Ode To The Dark Highland Single Malt 🥃 – the perfect finale to an indulgent day of food, wine and discovery.
