ABOUT THE PRODUCER
"Nestled in the heart of Trentino’s Vallagarina Valley near Isera (Marano di Isera), de Tarczal is a family-run winery with deep roots in the region’s viticultural history. The estate, originally part of the Alberti counts' holdings, has belonged for over a century to the Dell’Adami de Tarczal family. Its foundations were laid when lands were brought as a dowry to Admiral Géza Dell’Adami de Tarczal of the Austro-Hungarian fleet. The vineyard landscape lies along the right bank of the Adige River under the watchful gaze of the Baldo and Bondone mountains, where volcanic and basalt soils prove ideal for indigenous and classic varieties alike. Winemaking at de Tarczal balances tradition and refinement. Grapes are hand‑harvested, vinified using age‑old methods, and aged in a combination of underground cellars, oak barrels, and stainless steel tanks, ensuring precision along with heritage character."

Etna doc Bianco is one of the rare examples of a mountain wine in the Sicilian wine scene, and it is precisely this “Alpine in the heart of the Mediterranean” identity that makes it unique. AlizéeEtna doc Bianco by Theresa Eccher is a crystalline expression of the Etna volcano: pure, elegant, and intensely aromatic. The glass captures the freshness of the mountain, the minerality of the lava soil, and the light of Sicily.
A refined and layered nose evolves over time in the glass: fresh citrus: lemon zest, lime, pink grapefruit; crisp white fruit: green apple, Williams pear, white peach. Wildflowers and orange blossom: elegant yet never invasive floral notes; Mediterranean herbs: thyme, wild fennel, rosemary. Mineral and saline notes: chalk, flint, volcanic ash.
The taste is consistent with the nose, a fresh and lively attack, with taut yet balanced acidity; a fine, dynamic, and very elegant palate. Persistent finish, with a saline and mineral trail that invites you to take another sip.

Bottega 1900 deliver Australia wide and deliveries to Sydney are prompt. So you don't have to come in store!

And for those on the lower Northern Beaches, delivery may arrive on the same day!

Busiate lunghe
Hand crushed tomatoes
Buffalo mozzarella
Agostini organic evoo
(Some onion and garlic as a soffritto base for the tomatoes and cracked pepper to finish)
And of course, nice bottle of Sangiovese!
