Ura-Chiebijin origarami was created with the idea of responding to changes in food culture. Origarami is a slightly cloudy sake where fine rice particles are left in the sake, leaving it hazy, with a silken texture and subtle sweetness. Lactic, Fruity & earthy notes of yogurt, grape & mushroom. Rich umami wraped around origarami & a fresh sparkling bubbles due to natuer of Namazake. The flavour is tightened with a refreshing finish that feels slightly foamy.

*As this is Origarami Namazake, gas is generated during fermentation. Please be careful when opening the bottle.
*Please open the bottle when it has cooled down.

🌸In Japan, summer fireworks aren’t just for watching — they’re a whole tradition.
People gather by the river, buy cold drinks from festival stalls, sit on picnic mats, and wait for the first big boom to light up the sky. It’s the one night where everyone slows down, hangs out, and enjoys the heat of summer together.

This fruit liqueur is made by mixing eight carefully selected fruits to create an exquisite balance that takes advantage of the characteristics of each ingredient.

Sweet and rich fruits (peaches, mandarin oranges, mangos, bananas), juicy sweet and sour fruits (apples, pineapples), and refreshingly scented fruits (yuzu, lemon) are blended to bring out the individuality of each fruit, and are combined with the crunch of mandarin oranges. The texture of grated apple creates an even more luxurious feeling.

Please enjoy the taste packed full of Umenoyado’s technology, experience, ideas and fruits.

Crafted from Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 60% and brewed with ultra-soft water—just 0.3 in hardness, said to be the softest in Japan—this sake offers a fresh, vibrant profile. Notes of ripe tropical fruit, banana cream, koji, watermelon, acacia, and a touch of mint unfold gracefully. A distinctive lifting acidity adds brightness to the finish.

Its smooth texture and gentle sweetness lead to a clean yet umami-rich close, making it an elegant match for flavourful dishes such as teriyaki or sauce-glazed yakitori.
