Experience a curated selection of Clonakilla’s finest, including the luminous Viognier Nouveau 2025, the cellar-worthy Shiraz Viognier 2016, and a rare, late-picked Auslese Riesling. Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with a seasonal menu crafted by Entrecôte’s chefs, enhancing the nuanced flavours and stories behind each bottle.
