Warm up on these chill nights with House of Suntory Yamazaki 12 Year Old Single Malt Japanese Whisky.

This whisky is is pure gold in colour, with nose hints scents of peach, pineapple, grapefruit, clove, candied orange, vanilla, Mizunara and coconut, cranberry and butter on the palate.

Today’s tasting is all things Gin with !

Drop in anytime today between 3:30-6pm to taste some epic drops.

⭐️ Signature Gin is a blend of lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit peel providing a citrusy note that is neither tart nor too sweet, and is rounded out with native lemon myrtle.

⭐️ Desert Lim Gin is a traditional gin with allspice, liquorice root, angelica root & ginger, bolstered with desert lime and citrus.

⭐️ Busy Berry Gin derives of pink grapefruit making it slightly sweet, angelica root, orris root, cardamon seeds, coriander seeds, edible lavender and hibiscus giving it its pink colour.

⭐️ 2024 Rocky Road SBS which is very Sav Blanc forward with aromatics of guava, lime zest & honey dew, quite textural & creamy on the palate with fresh natural acidity.

⭐️ 2023 Rocky Road Aromatico with a mix of Chenin, Sauvignon & Chard blend creating a beautifully balanced citrus, melon minerals, grapefruit & camomile flavour with a little acidity.

⭐️ 2022 Rocky Road Cab Sav with gentle aromas of cherry conserve & cassis with subtle flavours of liquorice, a little dark chocolate to make sweet and savoury perfection.

⭐️ Esoterico is a vibrant & unfiltered orange that’s made up of 50% Zibbibo, Gewurtztraminer, Moscato, Giallo and Greco Di Tufo
⭐️ Little Red is an acidic & vibrant red fruit blend of Pinot Gris, Syrah, Merlot and Chardonnay
⭐️ Big Red has blue fruits singing on the palate with a herbal tinge made up of a 50/50 split of Syrah and Merlot
