This week we’re pouring the best of Tattarang Springs, a small-batch distillery based on Tattarang Farm at the southern tip of the Darling Scarp.

True grain-to-glass spirits, with ingredients foraged, grown and crafted on site. The bush really is their backyard.

Join us in store for a tasting of Ice Vodka from Banks and Bloom Distillery + Lab. 🏆 Double Gold winners in their first year, this vodka is distilled using a cold vacuum technique and infused with blood lime, saltbush and samphire.

South West–inspired gin tasting 🐦🍸

This week at Windsor Cellars, we’re featuring Black Cockatoo Distillery. A WA producer creating small-batch, award-winning gins using native botanicals sourced from Australia’s natural environment.

Distilled slowly in copper stills, each gin reflects a different expression of the South West.
