Today is Shrove Tuesday! 🥞 💛 Here's a quick recipe on how to make some pancakes to celebrate.

🧑‍🍳 Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

3 ½ teaspoons baking powder

1 tablespoon white sugar

¼ teaspoon salt, or more to taste

1 ¼ cups milk

3 tablespoons butter, melted

1 large egg

🧑‍🍳 Steps:
1. Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and add milk, melted butter, and egg; mix until smooth.

2. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Once hot, pour about 1/4 cup of the mixture at a time. After a few minutes and once bubbles appear, flip and cook until other side is brown.

3. Serve with maple syrup, fruit, icing sugar or ice-cream. Enjoy!
