We are a Tobacconist/Retail & News Agency group operating across QLD and Northern NSW. Currently, we are seeking experienced Retail Sales Assistants for our Brisbane, Beaudesert, Gold Coast & Northern NSW Branches for immediate start.
We provide a dynamic and friendly workplace that supports diversity, staff are remunerated through complying retail award with performance based incentive opportunities and career advancement and opportunities within the Group's larger business plan.
To be successful in the role, you are required to have strong values, high levels of energy and commitment in delivering high quality customer service to all our customers. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for learning, making a difference to our customer's buying journey and are keen to be part of our fun, quirky and energetic Team!
About the Role:
Responsible for achieving and or exceeding personal and Team level sales targets.
Cash Register operations and ability to follow cash handling procedures and EFT sales.
Weekly stock count and merchandising in-store presentation.
Product ordering, delivery inventory - as required.
Provide exception customer service that grows sales and builds customer retention.
Qualifications and Experiences:
Previous experience in Tobacconist or News Agency is REQUIRED.
Dynamic, dedicated and must possess strong work ethics with an outgoing and bright personality with a strong passion for Retail.
Enjoys working as part of a larger Team, must be cooperative and supportive to fellow Team members.
Must have legal rights to work and live in Australia.
Expected Start Date: 29Aug2022
