Dropping 4th July - The Winter Wonki!   Introducing Apple, Ginger & Lime Wonki, a bold winter concoction.   Packed with twisted apples, broken ginger nubs, and gnarly limes. Sharp, spicy, and surprisingly smooth, it’s the Wonki-est way to turn up the heat. Mixed for winter, but for enjoyment all year round.  Why? Apple, ginger & lime?   Because in Australia, for every apple eaten, half an apple is wasted. Same goes for limes. Then there’s the ginger nibs.. oh the nibs that break off during packing! And we reckon we can use them for the better…

Meet Max.
Wonki co-founder. Also a big fan of the outdoors (like Bridget). Even bigger fan of getting the pH just right.

His Nonna had him stomping grapes as a kid, so starting a booze company felt kind of inevitable.

Most of all, he’s about time with his mates — and that’s what Wonki’s built on: good drinks, good people, and doing things with purpose.
