Renowned sailing coach, Victor ‘the medal maker’ Kovalenko OAM, will be inducted into the Australian Sailing Hall of Fame this week at a ceremony in Sydney.

THIS IS IT! Tomorrow we need to confirm numbers, so we need to know if you are coming to the Australian 470 fifty year celebration? BOOKINGS ARE CLOSING TOMORROW - WEDNESDAY.

This Saturday afternoon and evening, some of the world's greatest 470 sailors ever, Olympic Gold Medalists, World Champions, "The Medal Maker"- Victor, other coaching greats - Fletch and Buster, pioneers of the class - such as Gary Gietz, Abbott, Jacko, JD, McLennan, TIllet, Gilbert Bros, Gojnich, Quigley, Ruff, Brown to name are handful will all be celebrating. COME AND JOIN US.

An afternoon of sailing for The Legends Cup. Join in the series of short races, held close tp shore, in 6 470’s being made available by the 470 Class Association, or relax as a spectator on the grass knoll. A formal celebration dinner will be held from 6:30pm.
