A refreshing dry ginger beer, brewed with fresh market chillies which just add a delicious complexity to a refreshing staple. I've eased into the chilli on this one so even the most spice-sceptic can enjoy without breathing flames (I'll save that for the next one 😉)

Introducing summer - my seasonal smallbatch tonic water syrup ☝🏻 link in bio

With lemon balm, thyme, olive leaf, a sprig of lavender, fennel tops, wild spearmint and fresh lemons all foraged in Brunswick in the height of Summer ☀️ These delicate aromatics have been simmered with organic chinchona bark which is the natural source of quinine. A superb tonic syrup, light and less bitter than the high street equivalents. Makes a gorgeous G&T or a sophisticated non-alcoholic soda 🍋

This little bottle also makes more than 12L of tonic water! Just add to your favourite sparkling water - super sustainable, economical and delicious!
