From the selection of Glera grape’s pomace, coming from the Prosecco area, arises this single-variety Grappa, expression and synthesis of the Territory and the deep culture of the Winery that first gave birth to Prosecco, which today is one of the most famous Sparkling Wines in the world.

Crystal clear in colour. This Grappa is fresh, floral, clean, intense and rich in aromatic sensations typical of the Glera grape. The taste is dry, harmonious and delicate.

Why a ceramic decanter? Rewind a century or two and Highland Park’s whisky would have been stored in earthenware vessels. Inspired by examples found at their distillery in Orkney, they asked Wade Ceramics if they could work with them to create a modern version.

Established in 1810 and based in Stoke-on-Trent in England (known globally as the traditional home of ceramics) Wade share Highland Park’s commitment to environmental responsibility, focusing on sustainable manufacturing and using locally sourced raw materials.

The lead-free porcelain decanter is 100% food safe, glazed inside and out, and embossed with the lion and serpent design that appears on many of Highland Park’s glass bottles. Look closely at the back of the bottle and you’ll find the heart motif that inspired this whisky’s name.

The loamy limestone gravel soils give this Pinot Grigio a noble structure, beautiful balance, extreme elegance and fine, crisp acidity.

Pale yellow with a slightly green shimmer. The nose is of ripe pear and honeydew melon. The palate is all cream.

An amazing wine with an inviting, juicy drinkability.

Pairs well with summery dishes like salads, chicken and seafood, as well as light pasta dishes and risottos.

Tait The Ball Buster Shiraz Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from a blend of 80% Shiraz, 12% Merlot and 8% Cabernet Sauvignon.

This big generous red displays a totally opaque black dark red colour with a very dark red black tinged hue.

Lifted aromas of liquorice and ripe black plums bounce out of the glass followed by nuances of dark chocolate, vanillin oak and mocha.

Rich and ripe in texture the palate delivers a voluptuous full bodied flavour profile of spicy blackberries, liquorice, dark plums, dark chocolate and toasty vanillin oak.

Velvet smooth tannin structure. Long generous aftertaste of spicy ripe blackberries, liquorice, dark plums and chocolatey vanillin oak.
