PillarsFor Pilgrims and have once again collaborated to ensure the memories of those that have fallen are not forgotten with the release of a memorial rum series

Long after the funerals, the immediate support, the 100s of visiting friends and comrades, VIPs and senior officers! Memories of the fallen begin to fade! Not amongst the family or indeed very close friends, but unit members rotate out and people move on! Therefore it is extremely important to continue to commemorate those that have gone before us , and never ever forget their sacrifice.

We are therefore honoured again to be able to release this third bottle in the memorial series to honour another brave soul who was cowardly killed by a green on blue incident in Afghanistan.

This third bottle honours the memory of LCPL Stjepan “Rick” Milosevic, who served in the 2/14th Light Horse Regiment ( Queensland Mounted Infantry) and was deployed to Afghanistan as part of the 3 RAR Task Group. Rick was cowardly shot and killed by an Afghan National Army soldier on 29 Aug 2012.

With the full support of the families of the fallen, this series will ensure that their memory will not be forgotten and will never fade!

50% of the profits from the sales will go directly to which in turn will go to supporting our work in ensuring we deliver our programs to our veterans and their families.

We are honoured to release this second memorial bottle to remember this brave soul who was cowardly taken by a green on blue incident in Afghanistan.
We are humbled to have the full support of the family of the fallen to ensure their memory lives on. On the eve of Anzac Day I take time to sip on a special heart felt release I created for my grandpa 5 years ago , who sadly is no longer with us like the vast majority World War II veterans. The ration of Navy Rum was a daily part of their lives and no doubt, is something that got them through their time of service. Rum & the Armed Forces go hand-in-hand in history.
